International Week of Happiness at Work: September 21-27, 2020

2020 has been quite the year <!> but despite remaining socially distant, we’ve done our best not to let it stand in our way. In light of this week being International Week of Happiness at Work, we thought it would be a good time to reflect on what makes us happy at work.

Here we’re sharing our personal views on the Be a Crew aspect of our Cynozure Values: Be Brave, Be Authentic, Be Focused, Be A Crew, Be Data.

Jason:

Getting to work with our passionate, driven team and impacting people, companies and the world in positive ways. I also love the freedom and creativity that comes from being an entrepreneur.”

Tor

“The flexibility I have to structure my working day, and not being stuck in a 9-6 office job. Plus, I get to speak to our happy customers when I’m putting together case studies, and their words always bring a smile to my face.”

George:

“For me it’s the team spirit we have, and the great working atmosphere. For both of these, people often talk about them, but I do genuinely think we have them in spades.

On the practical side, like Tor said, the flexibility is great. But ultimately the most important thing is that you feel trusted, appreciated and your opinion is valued here. That’s what i would say. Thanks”

Tim:

“Solving difficult challenges for customers that they haven’t been able to solve themselves”

James:

“The thing that makes me happiest about working at Cynozure is the people. We’ve got an incredibly supportive group who have each others back, never point fingers or blame people and are always willing to lend a hand. Couldn’t ask for a nicer group of colleagues!”

Carl:

“Finding a team that is passionate about data  –  and about being a team!”

Justin:

“Getting to speak to so many leaders at the top of their game thanks to the CDO Hub”
